Job Description
Requisition ID req27775 Working Title Expediter Position Grade 07 Position Summary Facilities Maintenance (FM) Grounds is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team as Expediter. This position will be responsible for purchasing tools, supplies, and items to benefit our operations, tracking of expenses on work orders, reconciling purchases, inventory control, and quotes for other operational support.

Conditions of Employment
  • Possession of a valid New Mexico driver's license is a requirement for this job.
  • A pre-employment background investigation may be required.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer, pre-employment physical examination and medical history check.
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with TMA
  • Experience with P-card transactions, reconciling, and chrome river.
  • Familiar with purchase orders and requisitions in UNM system.
  • Familiar with inventory systems and the green industry
