Facilitates communications among all departments with the Accounting department to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information and processes.
Performs all clerical/computer functions to support the accounting department.
Coordinates daily patient flow activities.
Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs calls or takes messages.
Faxes and photocopies information as needed for the department.
Handles A/P duties for the accounting department.
Minimum education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of college preferred. Associate's degree preferred.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
Previous A/P or accounting related experience preferred.
