The University of New Mexico, Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine (SOM), Office of Administration, is looking for a highly motivated individual for a new position within the SOM Dean's Office. The School of Medicine has delivered 55+ years of quality education, patient care and research, and with our continued growth we will be adding a Department Human Resources Representative to enhance the human resource services we currently provide. This new position will be part of SOM central administration that provides services to all departments within the SOM. This position will assist with the development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of human resources policies, procedures, and programs that support the missions of the SOM.
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 4 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
