Parametrix is seeking a Senior Biologist/Project Manager to join us in Albuquerque. We have a strong environmental planning presence in New Mexico and are looking to fill a need for a senior-level Natural Resources project manager and program manager. Experience with NEPA is preferred. Parametrix works on premier environmental and transportation projects in New Mexico, the Rocky Mountain States, and the Pacific Northwest. We are proud to have established relationships with a range of clients providing us the opportunity to support and enhance the communities in which we live and work. This position will have flexibility to work a hybrid schedule coming into the office, conducting field work, and working from home. We are open to considering candidates from other Southwest locations working remotely with occasional travel.

Who you are:

Experienced: Bachelor's degree in Environmental or similar. Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of environmental experience, preferably in the consulting environment.

Relationship-focused: This senior professional role will focus on project management and delivery, business development, and client development. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, standout colleague and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, agency staff, and co-workers are essential.

Skilled in Project Management and Business/Client Development: Demonstrated experience and success in managing, completing, and delivering complex projects as well as developing client relationships and marketing environmental/transportation services. Proven history of strong client relationships throughout the Southwest.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $115,000-$135,000. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program. We are happy to be transparent in our salary discussions and look forward to sharing more about our compensation structure and the value of being an employee-owner.
