Position Summary:
The University of New Mexico Information Technologies seeks a Technical Analyst 2 for UNM IT Campus Outreach and Engagement to play an integral role in the IT support operations of Enrollment Management.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of operating systems, applications, and associated equipment. They will also have strong technical problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills and a thorough understanding of IT system security and management best practices.
Successful candidates will also have experience managing enterprise applications in a complex higher education environment. This role will primarily support the Hyland OnBase document management system and functional and technical assistance for Enrollment Management.

Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year-for-year basis.
