Overview: This is an exciting opportunity supporting the Office of Secure Transportation (OST) command as a Senior Program Manager. This position will be specifically supporting the Information and Telecommunications Technology Services (ITTS) missions by performing various program and project management activities. This position will operate in a dynamic environment in which emerging requirements and changing priorities often occur. Specific Duties: Support the customer in the implementation and improvement of IT business processes including but not limited to configuration management, customer service, and change management based on recognized best practices, such as CMMI or ITIL. Submit project plans, including cost, schedule, resource requirements and risk analysis/mitigations Perform configuration and change management activities for applications, systems and infrastructure Tracking budget and expenditures Prepare and track purchase requests Qualifications: Minimum of three years of IT Program Management experience within the last five years. IT Program Management experience in a federal government environment preferred. Minimum of five years of experience performing IT/Telecommunications requirements supporting military or civilian law enforcement operations. Experience with budgeting and procurement support for large multi-million dollar programs, including market research, purchase request preparation, and invoice tracking. Experience in providing IT business process support, including configuration management, project resource tracking, and planning for existing systems and programs. Skill in working in a team environment, ability to train and manage other team members. Active/current Top Secret+ clearance Ability to work in team environment and ability to train and manage other team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess a relevant technical and industry certification such as PMP, PgMP, or ITIL or be able to obtain within 6 months of Task Order award. Strong Program or Project Management skills.
